Big Blue Moose is digital marketing innovation; helping organizations to succeed in a changing landscape. We provide consulting, research, leadership and advisory services with a focus on helping brands leverage the Web for increased revenue, visibility and success.

Big Blue Moose was formed in December, 2009 by Robert Rose, a veteran marketing and digital media consultant with more than 15 years of experience, and a track record of helping brands and businesses develop successful Web and marketing strategies. He developed some of the the first Web strategies in the country for clients such as Mediamark Research (MRI) and CTAM (The Cable and Telecommunications Association).

Our business philosophy:

Today, technology and marketing is an alchemy of creativity, insight, data, software and experimentation. It’s adapting quickly as market conditions change, and leveraging both insight from data, and compelling creativity. We believe in the idea of alchemy so much it’s built into everything we do. Our logo is a modern adaptation of “squaring of the circle” or The Philosopher’s Stone – a legendary alchemical substance, capable of turning base metals into gold. And our blog – The Adaptive Marketer focuses on the trends, and insights that help real people really adapt to marketing in real-time.

What we believe about the adaptive marketer:

Marketing is a conversation. If we can help you engage your prospects, and develop trusted relationships, they’ll ultimately realize your product or service will be of benefit to them.

Marketing is story-driven not data driven. Good marketing is still driven by a balance of compelling content, an engaging brand and a trusted relationship. Data is important; but well honed analytics simply provide the insight that helps us improve engagement.
